Cell has appeared and is trying to destroy Earth! Cell has created an anomaly that makes the Z Fighters' Power Levels change at random. In order to defeat Cell you must combine the Power Levels of the Z Fighters to be equal to that of Cell's Power Level. You can combine power levels by clicking on each of the Z Fighters below. Be careful though, if your Power Level becomes greater than Cell's Power Level, then Cell will win!
